Incentive programs
All permanent Skanska employees worldwide are offered an opportunity to become a shareholder of Skanska through the Skanska employee ownership program (Seop).
Seop was introduced in 2008 and the aim is to further strengthen Skanska's attractiveness to new and existing employees.
About 10,500 employees from across the Skanska Group invest in Seop. Together they are the third largest shareholder in Skanska.
