Seop had about 10,500 participants during 2022, who invested about SEK 430 M in 2022. In combination with the Parent Company's holding of Class B treasury shares securing the future delivery of shares in Seop, they are the largest Skanska shareholder in terms of capital. That high level of participation demonstrates employees' motivation and commitment, which drives improved performance.
