Annual General Meeting 2021

Skanska’s Annual General Meeting 2021 will be carried out on Tuesday March 30, 2021, through advance voting (so-called postal voting) pursuant to temporary legislation. No meeting with the possibility to attend physically, in person or by proxy, will take place.
Presentations by the Chairman of the Board, Hans Biörck, and the CEO, Anders Danielsson, where they among other things address some of the shareholders’ questions that may be submitted in advance, will be made available on the Company’s website under the heading “Corporate Governance/AGM 2021” on March 30, 2021.
