Typical strategic risks within the Group
Strategic risks are long-term and general, and relate to developments in the various geographical markets and the needs of the clients. There are a number of strategic risks, such as:
- Business model
- Strategic alliances and partners
- Our values. For example, ethical and environmental behaviors may have long-term repercussions on both business transactions and the brand.
Employees receive continuous training in ethical issues, based on the spirit of the Code of Conduct. Environmental risks are analyzed both in the tender analysis and on an ongoing basis with the involvement of the units' environmental experts
