Skanska invests EUR 170 M, about SEK 1.8 billion, in third phase of an office project in Warsaw, Poland
Skanska invests EUR 170 M, about SEK 1.8 billion, in the third phase of Generation Park, an office project located in Warsaw, Poland. The construction contract, amounting to about PLN 353 M, about SEK 850 M, will be booked in the fourth quarter 2018.
The third and the highest building, with a total leasable area of around 47,000 square meters, will comprise 38 stories above ground. It will be the first 140 meter-office high-rise building delivered by Skanska in Poland.
Generation Park will be Skanska’s largest office development in Central and Eastern Europe. The complex comprising of three office buildings has a total leasable area of around 84,000 square meters. The project is expected to receive LEED Platinum and WELL certification. All the buildings within the project will be independently certified as a “Building without barriers” for its accessible design, inclusive for people with disabilities.
Construction of the third phase has started in November 2018 and is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2021.
