Skanska Sweden sells the police station in Södertälje, Sweden, for about SEK 300 M, and the deal will be recorded the second quarter 2013. The buyer is Vacse AB, a consortium of pension foundations, which will take possession of the property in December 2013.

The new police head station has a total area of 7,800 square meters, and will be ready to open during the fourth quarter.

Skanska Sweden is one of Sweden’s largest construction companies, with operations in building and civil-engineering construction.
