In the NKS Showroom you will learn more about the New Karolinska Solna project, through still and moving images as well as interactive media. It is an exhibition for you who are interested in Sweden's largest construction project, healthcare, architecture, urban planning, etc.
The NKS Showroom opened in January 2012 and is run by the Stockholm County Council in cooperation with Skanska. The showroom is open to the public, and guided tours are offered to students, organizations and companies.

Single visitors/minor groups
Single visitors and minor groups can visit during public open hours without making a reservation (free admission).
Group bookings
For groups we arrange guided tours to a small cost, where the surplus goes to the Play therapy at the Karolinska hospital in Solna. (Guided tours for schools and universities are free of charge.) In connection to the tour you can also book a meeting room. In the NKS Showroom there are two alternatives – one small, secluded conference room for around 10 people and one ”open room” in the exhibition room seating around 25 people. In both of the rooms, you can show presentations by projector and serve refreshments. These two meeting rooms are available for free.
If you require a larger meeting room, you can rent the KS Restaurant/Sodexho, located on the floor above the NKS Showroom. It takes around 50 people and refreshments can be ordered. We can help you with the contact and booking but the cost is adminstrated by Sodexho on qoute.
