We have received reports about people receiving false offers of employment from parties we’re not familiar nor associated with. This is very unfortunate, and we want your help to prevent these scams.

These emails, although they may appear genuine at first, are fraudulent and a criminal act punishable by law. Be cautious when opening any unverified emails. Do not click on, open any attachments, or provide personal information. If you receive what you believe is a fake offer letter, we recommend you to immediately contact local law enforcement and/or forward the messages to Contact.

Any genuine recruitment offer from Skanska will always be preceded by formal application and professional selection processes, including face-to-face interviews. We never ask for medical tests, money or bank details from job applicants. Here you find more details on how to detect recruitment scams and what you can expect from a real recruitment process with us.

If you are unsure about an offers’ genuineness, please contact the Skanska Business Unit offering the job and ask whether the job offer is a real one. Contact details can be found here.
