This year Skanska was also the Swedish #1 company in all sectors.

Shows we are on the right track

"Our aim is to be the leading Green developer and contractor in all our home markets, and this shows we are on the right track. We are very pleased and proud, as this is one of the most important reports in the world in this field. Measuring and managing emissions is part of our daily work towards our Journey to Deep Green™," says Noel Morrin, SVP Sustainability in the Skanska Group.

About the CDP Nordic 260 Climate Change Report

The CDP Nordic 260 Climate Change Report 2013 tracks how the world's largest listed companies are acting in response to a changing climate. The index highlights those companies listed on the Nordic stock exchanges that have displayed a strong approach to the disclosure of information regarding climate change.

Companies are scored out of 100 on the completeness and standard of their submissions. High scores indicate the provision of robust climate data and a good understanding of climate change related issues affecting the company. Through various channels, including Bloomberg terminals, these scores are communicated to investors and other decision makers to assess corporate preparedness for changing market demands and emissions regulation.
