Skanska sells the office property PARK49 in Gothenburg, Sweden, for SEK 418 M to Fastighets AB Balder. The transaction will be recorded for Skanska Commercial Development Nordic in the second quarter of 2015 and transfer of the property is scheduled to July 1, 2016.
The property holds 7,500 square meters in central Gothenburg. The first tenants move into PARK49 during spring 2016. One of the first to move in will be the buyer Fastighets AB Balder.
