Skanska sells office property in Malmö, Sweden, for SEK 580 million
Skanska has signed an agreement with Folksam on the transfer of the office at Malmö Live, Sweden, for SEK 580 M. The divestment will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Nordic in the second quarter 2016. The transfer of the property will be on June 22.
The property is located in the new arts district Malmö Live at Universitetsholmen in central Malmö. The office is about 10,000 square meters and has a beautiful lobby with reception and a service concept for the building. The proximity to the City Tunnel downturn provides excellent communications. The largest tenants are the Swedish Transport Administration, Swedbank and MAQS Advokatbyrå.
The office at Malmö Live is designed by the renowned Danish architect Dorte Mandrup. The house is pre-certified LEED Platinum.
