Skanska sells office building in Solna, Sweden, for about SEK 300M

Skanska has sold the office building Laboratoriet 1 in Solna, Sweden, to Ramstedt Holding AB for about SEK 300M. The divestment will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Nordic in the first quarter of 2017. The transfer of the property is scheduled for April 2017.


The property is fully leased to Valneva Sweden AB.

The property is located on the historic site Ingenting in Solna, near the piers of Pampas Marina. Skanska's investments in the area, including the new headquarters of the The Swedish Security Service and the pharmaceutical company Roche, has contributed to a renaissance for the area and companies that relocates to the area are offered a green oasis close to the center of Stockholm and Bromma Airport.
