Skanska renovates commercial office building in London, UK, for GBP 41M, about SEK 460M
Skanska has signed a contract with McLaren Construction Group for the commercial fit-out of Bracken House, a commercial office building in London, UK. The contract is worth GBP 41M, about SEK 460M, which will be included in the order bookings for Europe in the third quarter 2017.
The refurbishment contract includes replacement of interior services and facilities across all nine floors. Skanska will deliver the mechanical and electrical engineering, plumbing and heating installations for both the shell and core and category A and category B fit-out, as part of the building’s redevelopment by Obayashi Corporation.
Works commenced in July 2017 and will conclude mid-2018.
