Skanska sells office building in Solna, Sweden, for about SEK 200 M
Skanska has sold the office building Laboratoriet 5 in Solna, Sweden to Atlasmuren Fastigheter AB for about SEK 200 M. The transaction will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Nordic in the second quarter 2018. The transfer of the property is scheduled for May 2018.
The office building comprises about 3,600 square meters and is fully leased to the world-leading Life Science company Roche. It is located on the historic site Ingenting in Solna, near Pampas Marina. With Skanska's initiatives, the area has in recent years undergone a renaissance. Here will more than 1,000 new homes also be built.
Companies that establish themselves in the area are offered a green oasis just seven minutes from Stockholm city and about 20 minutes away from Bromma Airport with public transport.
