Skanska divest office project in Malmö, Sweden, for SEK 430 M
Skanska has sold the office building Aura in Malmö, Sweden, for SEK 430 M. The buyer is Vasakronan. The divestment will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Nordic in the fourth quarter 2019. The transfer of the property is scheduled for the fourth quarter 2019.
Located at Universitetsholmen the office building has been developed and built by Skanska. Aura comprises 6,700 square meters of office space, including a kindergarten and retail stores on the ground floor, and has tenants including Grant Thornton, Lindab, Projektengagemang and Trägårdh Advokatbyrå. The building was completed during the spring 2019 and is certified according to LEED, Platinum.
In conjunction with the sale of Aura, Skanska separately acquires land, the property Regndroppen 1 in Hyllie, from Vasakronan for SEK 85 M.
