Skanska invests in land in Bucharest, Romania, for EUR 24 M, about SEK 250 M
Skanska has acquired about 26,200 square meters of land in Bucharest, Romania, from Intero Property Development Estates SRL. The total investment amounts to EUR 24 M, about SEK 250 M.
The plot that will be dedicated to a new office development is located in the Bucurestii Noi submarket, in the North of Bucharest. The land is positioned in an area which is very well connected to the entire city by a variety of means of transportation.
Skanska is one of the leading development and construction companies in Europe. Skanska develops commercial properties in select home markets in Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and Hungary, while the residential development is active in Prague and Warsaw.
