Skanska expands and reconstructs a production facility in Poznań, Poland, for PLN 141M, about SEK 310M
Skanska has signed a contract with Beiersdorf Manufacturing Poznań LLC to expand and reconstruct a production facility in Poznań, Poland. The contract is worth PLN 141M, about SEK 310M, which will be included in the order bookings for Europe for the second quarter 2021.
Skanska will construct nine new buildings and expand or modernize four existing buildings, with a total area of 36,700 square meters, including a process building, a warehouse, laboratories, offices, and utility buildings.
The construction has already started, and the completion is scheduled for April 2023.
