Skanska has signed an agreement with OBOS to build 121 apartments in Bærum, Norway. The contract is worth approximately NOK 480M, about SEK 475M, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the third quarter of 2021.
The project is a pilot in The FutureBuild program in Norway and has high environmental ambitions. Construction is expected to begin during the third quarter of 2021 and the project will be completed in the second quarter of 2024.
Skanska is one of the leading construction- and project development companies in the Nordics, with operations in building construction and civil engineering in Sweden, Norway and Finland, and developing residential- and commercial property projects in select home markets.
