Skanska has signed a contract with The University of Texas at Austin for a complete renovation of a historic building on campus in Austin, Texas, USA. The contract is worth USD 65M, about SEK 640M, which will be included in the US order bookings for the fourth quarter 2025.
The project will begin in May 2026 and is expected to reach completion in May 2028.
