Communiqué from the Annual General Meeting 2026 of Skanska Financial Services AB (publ)

The Annual General Meeting (the “Meeting”) of Skanska Financial Services AB (publ) (the “Company”) was held on April 13, 2026. The Meeting passed customary resolutions in accordance with the proposals presented. The Meeting also resolved, in accordance with the Board of Directors’ proposal, to pay a dividend to the Company’s sole shareholder, Skanska AB (publ), of a total of SEK 100 million, corresponding to SEK 200 per share.

The payment date for the dividend was set to April 13, 2026.
