Skanska expands hospital in central Texas, USA, for USD 65 M, about SEK 450 M

Skanska has signed a contract with US-based healthcare provider to expand an existing hospital in central Texas. The contract value is USD 65 M, about SEK 450 M, which is included in order bookings for Skanska USA Building for the fourth quarter of 2014.

Skanska will oversee the construction of the 22,000-square-meter expansion that will add seven floors and additional horizontal space to the existing hospital.

Construction will begin in January 2015 and is expected to complete in September 2016.
