Skanska builds extension of university in Helsinki
Skanska Oy has signed an agreement for the construction of the extension of University of Art and Design in Helsinki. A real estate company, owned by the Eläke-Varma Pension Insurance Company, is financing the project that involves an investment of FIM 93 million, approximately SEK 137 million.

Skanska Oy has signed an agreement for the construction of the extension of University of Art and Design in Helsinki. A real estate company, owned by the Eläke-Varma Pension Insurance Company, is financing the project that involves an investment of FIM 93 million, approximately SEK 137 million.
The 8,500 sq m project will include both new construction and renovation of an old industrial building. Skanska is responsible for the construction, which will start immediately, to be completed in June 1999.
