Skanska signs contract to renovate the Duke University in Durham, USA, for USD 65 M, about SEK 420 M
Skanska has signed a contract to begin the renovation and new construction of Duke University’s West Campus Union in Durham, NC, USA. The contract is worth USD 65 M, about SEK 420 M, and will be included in the order bookings for Skanska USA Building for the third quarter 2013.
The renovation and construction will encompass almost 11,000 square meters and Skanska will seek LEED certification for the project, which will begin in November 2013 and is slated for completion in December 2015.
