Skanska sells two properties for SEK 75 M, with a gain of SEK 31 M
Skanska Project Development Sweden is selling the Kobbegården 6:249 property in Gothenburg and Ventilen 1 in Borås in two separate transactions totaling SEK 75 M. The capital gain amounts to SEK 31 M and is being reported in the fourth quarter of 2003. The properties were sold to two local investors.

Skanska sells two properties for SEK 75 M, with a gain of SEK 31 M
Skanska Project Development Sweden is selling the Kobbegården 6:249 property in Gothenburg and Ventilen 1 in Borås in two separate transactions totaling SEK 75 M. The capital gain amounts to SEK 31 M and is being reported in the fourth quarter of 2003. The properties were sold to two local investors.
Kobbegården 6:249 is an 8,100-square-meter industrial property in Gothenburg that was acquired by Skanska in 2000 and which was leased out, renovated and extended since then. Ventilen 1 is an industrial property of approximately 7,300 square meters located in Ramnaslätt, Borås. The properties are virtually fully leased.
