Skanska Sweden signs five-year partnership agreement in Botkyrka

Skanska Sweden and the municipal housing company AB Botkyrkabyggen have signed a five-year partnership agreement. The order value totals approximately SEK 250 M. The assignment is arranged as a “strategic partnership” and comprises Botkyrkabyggen’s new production of residential properties. Construction of the first properties is planned to commence at the end of 2005. The agreement comprises some fifty rental apartments annually, that is, a total of 250.
