Press release
SPP (Swedish Staff Pension Society) is now distributing SEK 75 billion to about 45,000 companies, including Skanska. These funds represent a consolidation surplus within SPP as a result of the overpayment of premiums for the salaried employees’ collective pension insurance schemes (ITPK), within the SAF-PTK union agreements, that are to be repaid to the companies. The share for the Skanska Group amounts to SEK 327 M. The amount is not being recognized as an asset in the balance sheet since neither the rules nor the time for access to these funds have been definitely established.
