Skanska awarded construction management contract for research campus expansion in USA
Skanska has signed a construction management contract with a confidential client for the expansion of its pharmaceutical research campus, located in the Northeast region of the USA. Skanska will oversee all construction operations for the project for USD 450 million, about SEK 3 billion, which will be included in the order bookings for USA Building for the first quarter 2012.
Work on the project has begun and is scheduled to be completed in 2015.
