In accordance with their earlier agreement in principle, Skanska is selling properties to the Swedish real estate company Vasakronan - including the Lilla Bommen office complex in Gothenburg and the Kista Entré project in Stockholm - for a price equivalent to SEK 2,415 M.

Skanska sells SEK 2.4 billion worth of properties to Vasakronan and acquires half-ownership of Västerjärva, near Stockholm In accordance with their earlier agreement in principle, Skanska is selling properties to the Swedish real estate company Vasakronan - including the Lilla Bommen office complex in Gothenburg and the Kista Entré project in Stockholm - for a price equivalent to SEK 2,415 M. At the same time, Skanska is acquiring half-ownership of a development company for future building rights in Västerjärva in the northern Stockholm region for SEK 300 M. Skanska's capital gain totals about SEK 1 billion.
