"IKEA is an important customer in our high-priority Central European markets. Skanska's and IKEA's initiatives coincide in these markets, which are enjoying the fastest growth in Europe," says Mikael Holm, Skanska International Buildings Area Manager for Central Europe and the Baltic countries.

The British Tesco chain store is IKEA's largest tenant in the two Czech shopping developments, and this also applies to the shopping center in Wroclaw in Poland.
