The project comprises a total floor area of 26,000 square meters and includes a 14-story office block, an eight-story restaurant block, three-story shopping center and four floors of basement car parking. Work begins immediately, with completion scheduled at year-end 2002.
The building will feature innovative environmental systems that provide significant energy savings and an improved indoor climate. The advanced solution utilizes a double-glazed façade, an 'active' curtain wall, which is mechanically ventilated and integrated with the building climate control system. Computer-controlled venetian blinds are linked to solar sensors.
