The Board of Directors has decided to authorize the President to exercise the proposal approved by Skanska’s Annual General Meeting regarding purchases of own B shares. The purpose of the purchase program is to adjust the company’s capital structure.

Skanska intends to use possibility to purchase own shares The Board of Directors has decided to authorize the President to exercise the proposal approved by Skanska’s Annual General Meeting regarding purchases of own B shares. The purpose of the purchase program is to adjust the company’s capital structure. The decision means that the company can purchase its own B shares, in a maximum of not more than 10 percent of the number of shares outstanding in the company. The purchases will be made on the OM Stockholm Exchange during the time up to the next Annual General Meeting.
