Skanska sells office project in Wroclaw, Poland, for EUR 117 M, about SEK 1 billion

Skanska sells its office building Dominikanski in Wroclaw, Poland, to the Hamburg-based real estate investment manager Union Investment. The value of the transaction amounts to EUR 117 M, about SEK 1 billion. The sale will be recorded in the fourth quarter of 2014 and the hand-over of the property is scheduled for the fourth quarter 2015.

Dominikanski is the Skanska Property Poland’s fourth office investment in Wroclaw. Located in the center of the city, in its most prestigious part, the building offers approximately 40,000 square meters of leasable space. The building is already 52 percent leased to tenants such as HP Global Business Center, Deloitte and PKO BP.

The property, which is LEED Gold pre-certified, is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2015.
