Skanska AB today issued call options in Fastighetsbolaget Norrporten (real estate), Piren AB (shopping centers) and Pandox Hotellfastigheter AB (hotel properties) to senior executives in each company.

SKANSKA ISSUES OPTIONS IN ASSOCIATED COMPANIES

Skanska AB today issued call options in Fastighetsbolaget Norrporten (real estate), Piren AB (shopping centers) and Pandox Hotellfastigheter AB (hotel properties) to senior executives in each company.

The options have a maturity of five years and offer holders the right to acquire shares no later than September 2, 2002.
