Skanska is to sell the Kalvebod Brygge 39 project in Copenhagen to Landesbank Kiel, a German bank. The purchase price is SEK 186 million, approximately USD 24 million.

Skanska sells ready-developed project for SEK 186 million

Skanska is to sell the Kalvebod Brygge 39 project in Copenhagen to Landesbank Kiel, a German bank. The purchase price is SEK 186 million, approximately USD 24 million.

The approximately 8,000 m2 office project was developed by Skanska Project Development Sweden, with its Danish subsidiary Skanska Jensen as the contractor. Tenants will move in during summer 1999.

Skanska has developed 50,000 m2 of commercial premises in central Copenhagen during recent years and is currently developing an additional 200,000 m2 of office and retail premises at Kalvebod Brygge and the adjoining Fisketorvet property.
