Financial close for New Karolinska Solna

Skanska has signed a financing agreement to design and construct the new university hospital New Karolinska Solna. This will mean that the construction contract totaling approximately SEK 14.5 billion will be included in second-quarter order bookings 2010 and that Skanska will invest about SEK 600 M, corresponding to a 50-percent shareholding in the project company.
