INFORMATION ABOUT EXCHANGE INTRODUCTION OF DROTT
At the Annual General Meeting of Skanska on April 29, 1998, it was resolved to distribute the shares in Drott AB to the shareholders in Skanska.
The intention is to apply for listing of Drott on the Stockholm Stock Exchange O-List. Drott is organized into three subsidiaries with properties amounting to an appraised market value of about SEK 10 billion.
The Annual General Meeting in Skanska resolved that the record date shall be September 21, 1998. Based on this initial date, the following schedule has been established:
| August 26 | Interim report for Drott AB for the period January 1 - June 30, 1998 |
| August 27 | Interim report for Skanska AB for the period January 1 - June 30, 1998 |
| First week in September | Estimated publication and distribution of the prospectus |
| September 16 | Last day for trading in Skanska shares including right to distribution of shares in Drott AB |
| September 21 | Record date |
| September 24 | Estimated date for listing on the Stockholm Stock Exchange O-List |
As of May 29, information about Drott will be published continually on the Drott website www.drott.se.
