Skanska lands project in Greenland for SEK 144 M

Skanska has received two new assignments in Greenland. In total, the projects are valued at SEK 144 million, or DKK 120 million. Both projects were won by Skanska Jensen Greenland after negotiations with the customer.

Skanska lands project in Greenland for SEK 144 M

Skanska has received two new assignments in Greenland. In total, the projects are valued at SEK 144 million, or DKK 120 million. Both projects were won by Skanska Jensen Greenland after negotiations with the customer.

The first order is for 90 apartments for the local housing company A/S INI. This order is valued at SEK 82 million. Work begins in April, with completion scheduled for the end of 2000.

The second assignment is for a hotel and shopping center in downtown Nuuk. This order is valued at SEK 62 million. The customer is the local hotel owner Svend Junge. This design-construct project is to be completed in May 2000.
