Skanska sells office project in Lodz, Poland, for EUR 66 M, about SEK 600 M
Skanska sells Green Horizon, its first office development in Lodz, to a fund managed by Griffin Real Estate. The value of the transaction totals EUR 66 M, about SEK 600 M. The sale will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Europe in the fourth quarter 2014 and the transfer of the property is scheduled for the second quarter 2015.
The total leasable area of this A class office complex is around 33,000 square meters. The entire complex was completed in the second quarter 2013. Green Horizon is already 96 percent leased, mainly to companies from the outsourcing sector, with major tenant Infosys BPO Poland, together with top brands as Southwestern and PwC.
The complex is LEED Gold certified.
Skanska Commercial Development Europe initiates and develops property projects in office buildings.
