New Head of Skanska’s IR unit
Peter Wallin has been appointed Chief Financial Officer for Skanska BOT, Skanska’s unit for privately financed infrastructure. Consequently, he is leaving his position as Senior Vice President Investor Relations.
Anders Lilja, who is currently serving as deputy manager of the IR unit, has been appointed as the new Senior Vice President Investor Relations. Anders Lilja has been employed in various positions within Skanska since 1994. The changes are effective immediately.

New Head of Skanska’s IR unit
Peter Wallin has been appointed Chief Financial Officer for Skanska BOT, Skanska’s unit for privately financed infrastructure. Consequently, he is leaving his position as Senior Vice President Investor Relations.
Anders Lilja, who is currently serving as deputy manager of the IR unit, has been appointed as the new Senior Vice President Investor Relations. Anders Lilja has been employed in various positions within Skanska since 1994.
The changes are effective immediately.
Skanska’s strategy is to grow within the BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer) segment. Accordingly, Skanska BOT is facing major challenges in which financing issues are of fundamental importance for continued success. Peter Wallin has been employed within Skanska since 2000.
