Skanska sells properties in Germany

Skanska has sold the ABC-Strasse property in Hamburg to the German property fund Difa. The selling price was USD 43 million and Skanska is reporting a gain of USD 12 million.

Skanska has sold the ABC-Strasse property in Hamburg to the German property fund Difa. The selling price was USD 43 million and Skanska is reporting a gain of USD 12 million.
ABC-Strasse is an office and housing complex constructed at the beginning of the 1990s.
In addition, the Hotel Holiday Inn in Koblenz was divested to a subsidiary of the Bayrische Vereins-bank. The selling price was USD 9 million with a gain of USD 2.5 million.
