Skanska invests EUR 31 M, about SEK 267 M, in office project in Prague, Czech Republic
Skanska invests EUR 31 M, about SEK 267 M, in the Corso Court office project located in Prague, Czech Republic. Corso Court has a total office leasable area is around 17,000 square meters.
The office will feature a number of sustainable solutions to minimize the building’s environmental footprint and significantly reduce its operating costs. Among other things it will have a high-performance façade with a high level of daylight provision, and as with other Skanska projects a strong emphasis on the environmental quality inside the building. The project will apply for LEED certification at level Gold.
Construction has started and will be completed in the third quarter 2015.
