Press release
Skanska is acquiring the Adjunkten premises in Linköping from Akademiska Hus and will renovate these to suit the needs of the company’s new tenant, Intentia. In August 1998, Skanska signed a long-term cooperation agreement with Intentia to solve the latter’s future need for premises in Europe. Intentia was originally a Linköping company and has grown into an international business, with operations in more than 40 countries and sales of approximately SEK 3 billion. When renovation work is completed in 2001, the new office in Linköping will accommodate 300 work places.
