Skanska receives orders worth SEK 135 million from AP Fastigheter
Skanska has received two orders worth a total of SEK 135 million from AP Fastigheter.
One of the contracts, valued at SEK 65 million, relates to the rebuilding and extension of the Sejlaren property block on Sveavägen, central Stockholm. The other, worth SEK 70 million, is for the building of office and garage premises at Alvik Strand, western Stockholm.
The 10,000 m2 Sejlaren property will undergo comprehensive rebuilding in order to create state-of-the-art office premises. Work will commence immediately and the new offices will be completed by October 1999.
Work on the Alvik Strand contract has already commenced and will be completed in June next year. The project relates to a ten-floor building, of which the four bottom floors mainly consist of an indoor car-park. Office space accounts for 7,000 m2 of this 13,000 m2 building.
