The project involves a total of 16,000 square meters of office space and 8,500 square meters of underground parking space. The office premises are being constructed in stages, starting with 12,000 square meters.
Skanska Jensen A/S, which will carry out the design-construct contract, also developed the project in cooperation with Lyngby-Tårbæk Municipality, the Danish National Railway, which sold the land, Cowi, the main tenant and the investor Tryg-Baltica.
Dissing & Weitling Arkitekter is responsible for the design after winning an architect contest with a proposal in which the offices are grouped in three-story buildings surrounding an inner courtyard. The new premises will be linked by a separate building to Cowi's existing offices in an adjacent building.
Construction work will begin in February and be completed in December 2000.
