Skanska USA Commercial Development acquires land in Boston’s seaport district. The total investment amounts to USD 38 M, about SEK 255 M.
The property is situated in the mixed-use Seaport Square development area. The location is within a five minute walking radius from the financial district, Boston Convention and Exhibition Center and all major commuter lines as well as access to interstates for easy access to Logan International Airport.
