Nybron AB concludes acquisition of French parquet company Parquets Marty
Skanska's wood-flooring group Nybron AB and Parquets Marty have signed the agreement covering Nybron's acquisition of the French parquet company in accordance with the previously announced letter of intent. The purchase price is FFR 420 million, or SEK 570 million.
PRESS RELEASE, MARCH 23, 1999 28/99 Nybron AB concludes acquisition of French parquet company Parquets Marty Skanska's wood-flooring group Nybron AB and Parquets Marty have signed the agreement covering Nybron's acquisition of the French parquet company in accordance with the previously announced letter of intent. The purchase price is FFR 420 million, or SEK 570 million. Parquet Marty is a market leader, with 30% of the French market. The company specializes in finished surface-treated laminated parquet.
