SKANSKA TO DEVELOP PROJECTS FOR INTENTIA
Skanska is entering into a long-term cooperation alliance with Intentia International. The intention is that Skanska will find solutions for this expansive international IT company's future needs of premises in Europe.
As the first tangible application of the cooperation agreement, Intentia will establish its new Stockholm office in Skanska's current head office in Danderyd. Intentia will rent this 25,000 square-meter property as of January 2000.
Skanska plans to build a new Stockholm office for its operations and is currently considering several alternative locations in northern Stockholm.
"The agreement is in line with Skanska's strategy of developing close, long-term alliances with customers and of focusing on project development. Engaging in such close cooperation generates added value for both parties," says Fredrik Wirdenius, President of Skanska Real Estate Stockholm.
