Skanska renovates building in New York City, USA, for USD 189 M, about SEK 1.2 billion
Skanska has signed a contract with a confidential client to renovate a mixed-use building in New York City. The contract amounts to USD 189 M, about SEK 1.2 billion, which will be included in order bookings for Skanska USA Building for the first quarter of 2014.
Construction begins in January 2015 and substantial completion is expected in spring 2017.
