Skanska has signed a seven-year contract extension with Eastbury Park Limited for a range of facilities management services at Northwood military headquarters in Hertfordshire, UK. The total value over the course of the contract will be GBP 95M, about SEK 1.3 billion. The first two years of revenue, GBP 27M, about SEK 360M, will be included in the order bookings for Europe for the fourth quarter of 2024.

Skanska Commercial Property Development divests Oas in Malmö, Sweden, for about SEK 380M to internal portfolio

Skanska Commercial Property Development Nordic has divested the office building Oas in Malmö, Sweden, to Skanska Investment Properties for about SEK 380M after deduction of remaining investments and deferred tax. The internal transaction has no effect on cash flow and will be recorded in the fourth quarter 2024. The transfer will take place immediately.

Skanska invests about SEK 530M in residential project in Täby north of Stockholm, Sweden

Skanska invests about SEK 530M in the residential project Mandelblomman in Täby Park outside Stockholm. Mandelblomman consists of 156 apartments, 75 parking spaces in a garage and two premises. The construction contract is worth about SEK 350M, which will be included in the order bookings for Skanska Sweden in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Skanska has signed a contract with the Exploitation Office of the City of Stockholm to carry out site preparation for an upcoming neighborhood at Årstafältet, south of Stockholm, Sweden.
