Skanska has signed an agreement with the municipal company Kreativa Hus Skövde AB to build an office building with an adjacent parking garage in central Skövde, Sweden. The agreement is worth about SEK 340M, which will be included in the order intake for Sweden in the first quarter of 2025.

Skanska has divested 73 BoKlok homes in Littlehampton, UK, for about GBP 23M, about SEK 300M. The buyer is a global asset manager. The transaction will be recorded in Residential Development Europe during the fourth quarter of 2024. The transfer takes place in three tranches: in December 2024, in the first quarter 2025 and in the second quarter 2025.

The transaction will be recorded in the Commercial Development stream in the fourth quarter of 2024. The transfer of the property will take place on January 31, 2025.

The total contract is worth USD 389M. Skanska will include its share of the contract worth USD 336M, about SEK 3.5 billion, in the US order bookings for the fourth quarter of 2024.
